Michael J. Frenz
Michael J. Frenz has been the Executive Director of the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) since December 2008. As Executive Director, Frenz oversees the strategic efforts and fiduciary responsibilities of MSA. Prior to joining MSA, Frenz was the Executive Vice President of Ginnie Mae, the federally-owned mortgage security issuer.
Chief Financial Officer
Dawn Abshire
Dawn Abshire, joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) in 1990 and has served in several integral roles in the Finance department including as the Fiscal Administrator and Controller. With the announcement of David Raith’s retirement, Abshire was promoted to Chief Financial Officer effective August 1, 2023 and is responsible for the oversight of the Finance department and the preparation of the MSA's annual financial statements.
Controller
Daniel Brann
Daniel Brann is the Controller for the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA), with over 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and banking.  Since joining the Authority in 2014, Mr. Brann has served as Financial Compliance Auditor, Director of Internal Audit, and Controller.  Mr. Brann is currently responsible for the day to day operations of the accounting and budgeting functions of the Authority as well as the preparation of MSA's annual financial statements.
Director of Internal Audit
Nick Caronna
Nicholas Caronna has been the Director of Internal Audit since joining the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) in 2023.  Caronna leads the internal audit unit and reports functionally to the Board of Directors and administratively to the Executive Director. Caronna performs various financial compliance audits and advisory reviews that are identified in a risk-based assessment and internal audit plan. Caronna also reviews external audit reports, meets with the Board’s Audit Committee and oversees MSA’s compliance with state policies and internal controls. 
Vice President, Public Safety and Security
Vernon Conaway MSA headshot
Vernon J. Conaway Jr., Vice President for Public Safety and Security with the Maryland Stadium Authority has over 35 years experience in public safety and security operations. He currently holds senior leadership responsibilities for safety, security and parking operations at the Camden Yards Sports Complex, where he oversees security planning and coordination for M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
Vice President, Administration, Human Resources & Finance
Jocelyn K. Grogan-Jones joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) team in September 2018. Grogan-Jones currently serves as the Vice President of Administration, Human Resources & Finance where she is responsible for executive leadership and managerial oversight of the MSA Human Resources and Finance Offices.
Vice President, Marketing and Communications Group
Terry Hasseltine
Terry Hasseltine has served as Vice President of the Maryland Stadium Authority’s Marketing and Communication since 2014. In addition, Hasseltine has served as Executive Director of the Maryland Sports Commission since 2008. He added to his responsibilities in 2019 the President's role of the Sport and Entertainment Corporation of Maryland, a newly formed non-profit affiliated foundation to support the Maryland Sports Commission.

Eric Johnson
Eric Johnson has been with the Authority since 2005, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Authority’s Capital Project Division and managing the Baltimore City Schools Construction Program. Johnson is a construction manager with 25 years of experience in management of large, diverse construction and development projects ranging up to $135 million.

Al Tyler, VP,  CPDG MSA
Al Tyler is currently a Vice President, in the Capital Projects Development Group at the Maryland Stadium Authority, with over 20 years of experience in project management. Since joining the Authority in 2013, Tyler has managed many highly visible and time sensitive construction projects and feasibility studies for local municipalities and state agencies.
