Altha Weaver joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) in 2005. In 2022, she was named MSA's first Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging+. Altha is an authentic, curious, determined, and resilient DE&I officer who finds value in fostering meaningful relationships. As the Equal Employment Opportunity & Fair Practices Officer, she leads MSA’s continuous journey toward equity by impacting systems that affect employee rights and protections.  Additionally, she serves as the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) & Small Business Reserve (SBR) Liaison Officer and oversees the Agency's MBE & SBR programs.

Altha holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She has an Organizational Leadership certification from the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business. Altha is a 2021 graduate of the Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program (offered jointly by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at The University of Baltimore and Maryland Commission on Civil Rights), is a Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, is a member of the International Public Managers Association- Human Resources and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Before joining MSA, Altha spent seven years as a New Business/Media Coordinator involved in the execution of new business proposals and media buying at Integer Dallas, an Omnicom Advertising Agency.
