Altha Weaver joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) in 2005 as a member of the Capital Projects team. As MSA's first Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (EEO) and the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) & Small Business Reserve Liaison Officer, Altha is responsible for overseeing employee rights & protections and the administration of the Agency's minority business enterprise program. She is currently leading the Agency's first Diversity Equity and Inclusion taskforce.
Before joining MSA's Capital Projects team, Altha spent seven years at Integer Dallas, an Omnicom Advertising Agency as a new business team member. Altha is a Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers and earned an Organizational Leadership certification from the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management and a Master of Science degree in Marketing. In her previous role as the Capital Projects Development Group (CPDG) HR Liaison and Senior Manager, Project Administration, she served as onsite support of human resources functions, performed administrative oversight of the CPDG office and managed the Administrative Assistants team.
During election seasons, Altha trains election judges for the Baltimore City Board of Elections.
