
Jocelyn K. Grogan-Jones joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) team as Vice President Human Resources in September 2018. Grogan-Jones is responsible for managerial oversight and executive leadership of the MSA Human Resources Office to include planning, directing, controlling, organizing, and managing all of the human resources functions.
Prior to joining the MSA, Grogan-Jones spent six years at Covenant House Washington as its Chief Operations Officer overseeing the human resources, operations and administrative functions of the organization. Before joining Covenant House Washington, she served as Director of Human Resources and Information Technology for Girl Scouts of Central Maryland. Additionally, she has worked for the Annie E. Casey Foundation and Johns Hopkins University.
Grogan-Jones received her PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor in Business Administration – Management from Howard University. Grogan-Jones is a 2021 graduate of the Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program, which is offered jointly by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at The University of Baltimore and Maryland Commission on Civil Rights.
