The Maryland Stadium Authority is managing the design and construction of several new facilities for Coppin State University. This project will include:

Wildwood (formerly Lyndhurst) Elementary/Middle School (PK-8) – This 110,355 sq. ft. renovation with addition project opened on April 4, 2018.  Students, including those from a closed school, Rognel Heights, occupy the school.
 

In March 2014, MSA signed an MOU with Montgomery County to manage the design and construction of a six level, 650 space pre-cast concrete parking structure adjacent to the Conference Center. 

MSA was the owner's representative. Donley's LCC was the design-build contractor in partnership with Ayers Saint Gross as the lead designer.
