Thomas Kelso
Thomas Kelso was appointed Chairman of the Maryland Stadium Authority by Governor Larry Hogan, Jr. in March 2015. Mr. Kelso is a Managing Director, Head of Downstream Energy & Retail Group, Chief Compliance Officer as well as Head of the Baltimore Office of Matrix Capital Markets Group, Inc., a leading mid-market independent investment bank. Mr. Kelso leads a highly recognized team that provides advisory services to companies engaged in the petroleum marketing and distribution industries nationwide. Mr. Kelso is a FINRA licensed registered representative and holds Series 79, 63, 24 & 99 securities licenses.
Leonard J. Attman
Leonard J. Attman was appointed as a member of the Maryland Stadium Authority on July 1, 2005. President of Attman Properties Company, Mr. Attman has more than four decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate development. His professional experience includes the development of apartment communities, individual home developments, shopping centers and a recreational park. Mr. Attman attended the University of Maryland
Joseph C. Bryce
Joseph C. Bryce is a government relations specialist with Manis Canning in Annapolis.  Prior to joining the firm, he served six years as Senior Policy and Legislative Advisor to Governor O’Malley.   Mr. Bryce was the Associate Vice Chancellor for Government Relations at the University System of Maryland. He has also served as the Chief Legislative Officer for Governor Parris N. Glendening, the Legislative Assistant to Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr., and was an Associate at Covington & Burling.
Gary L. Mangum
Mr. Mangum is CEO & President of Bell Nursery USA, a wholesale plant grower and distributor headquartered in Elkridge, MD, with offices and greenhouses across six states as well as the District of Columbia. Bell Nursery grows and ships tens of millions of plants annually, which are sold exclusively through the Home Depot. Mangum’s business maintains a longstanding relationship with over 30 farm families who grow annuals which are distributed under the Bell umbrella. He is a leader in the industry, and recognized across a broad range of local and national media.
Manervia W. Riddick
Manervia W. Riddick became a member of the Maryland Stadium Authority effective July 1, 2009.  Ms. Riddick is Senior Vice President for Business Development & Public Affairs at Strategic Solutions Center, Inc, a Washington area government and business support services consulting firm.  She serves as SSC’s team leader on major energy services projects for national and international clients. Before her retirement, Ms. Riddick was the Director of Public Affairs for Washington Gas. 
Jodi C. Stanalonis
Jodi C. Stanalonis was appointed to the Maryland Stadium Authority Board of Directors by Governor Larry Hogan in March 2016. Ms. Stanalonis is the Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc., in California, MD. Sierra provides broad information technology, aviation logistics, software engineering and program management support to federal government, Department of Defense (DOD) and commercial organizations.
Michael Huber was appointed to the Maryland Stadium Authority Board of Directors by Baltimore Mayor Brandon M. Scott. On the eve of his December 2020 inauguration, Mayor Scott announced who would serve in top posts in the Mayor’s Office including Michael Huber, as Chief of Staff. Michael Huber previously served as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the City Council President. Prior to that, Huber served as Director of Legislative Affairs and Director of Business and Economic Development in the Council President's Office. Huber earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2011 and was sworn into the Maryland State Bar later that year. Huber is a graduate of Knox College.
