The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is currently identifying vendors that may be eligible to receive payments from The Sport and Entertainment Corporation of Maryland (SECMD) for the 2025 Maryland 5 Star and the 2025 Maryland Cycling Classic.
If you have an outstanding invoice for either event, please email the following documents to 5starandmcc_inquires@mdstad.com:
- Unpaid Invoice
- Executed Contract
- Proof of Work/Completion
- Current W-9 or W-8BEN
Submission deadline is June 20, 2026. MSA is only collecting information at this time. This is not a guarantee payment eligibility. We will reach out directly if additional documentation is required.
