The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is currently identifying vendors that may be eligible to receive payments from The Sport and Entertainment Corporation of Maryland (SECMD) for the 2025 Maryland 5 Star at Fair Hill and the 2025 Maryland Cycling Classic.
