This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
Bids are due on June 6, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by May 30, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm.
