Invitation to Bid - Commodore John Rodgers - GMP 1

CAM Construction is seeking bids for GMP I construction trade packages related to Commodore John Rodgers School.

The work consists of an early release package for the execution and start of the Demolition, HAZMAT,
Earthwork, Foundations and MEP portions of the project. This GMP will include the HAZMAT removal and
complete demolition of the existing buildings along with installing the excavation support system and
excavating for the installation of the perimeter retaining/building walls. The retaining wall construction work
will proceed concurrently with building demolition. Once the site subgrade is established, the installation of
the remaining building foundations will start along with associated MEP underground work.
