The Frederick Douglass High School & Joseph C. Briscoe Academy project is comprised  of an unoccupied renovation of the existing school and multiple additions. The project    is subject to prevailing wage rates. MBE Requirements: 30% overall with 8% African American and 11% Women subgoals. Individual goals will be provided for each Trade Package with the bid documents.
