Package 3 is for the Home and Visitor Clubhouse renovations and expansion under the existing seating bowl. This also includes work for a stand-alone 9000 sf batting arena that will connect to the end of the existing concourse on the 3rd base side. In addition to the clubhouses and new arena structure there will be upgrades to the Bullpens, Dugouts, Field Lighting, Parking Lot lighting, Parking Lot, stormwater management and field access/safety.
