Anne Arundel County Proposed Arts and Conference Center Market and Economic Study

In April 2023, the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) Board of Directors approved a request from the Mayor of the City of Annapolis (City) for the MSA to manage a market and economic study for a proposed arts and conference center in Annapolis, MD. The City is requesting the use of the MSA’s on-call market, economic, and business consultant, Crossroads Consulting Services LLC to perform the study. The study intends to provide objective, research-based information to assist the City while making decisions regarding potential economic and fiscal benefits associated with the proposed arts and conference center.

The total cost of the study is $67,100. The project is led by the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County and Visit Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. These organizations will fully fund the study.
