Invitation to Bid - GMP #2 Redevelopment of Pimlico Racing Facility – Baltimore, MD

Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for the Redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215. 

Bid Opportunities 

With this current opportunity, Clark invites Trade Contractors to bid on the following packages: 

• DIV 13 – Pre-Engineered Fabric Structures 

• DIV 13 – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings 

Prebid Conference: A virtual prebid conference will be on April 4, 2025 at 9:00AM. Clark respectfully asks that interested partners RSVP for this event via this link https://clrk.cc/pimlico-virtual. 

Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid. 

MBE Participation: This project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal. 

Prevailing Wages: This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates. 

Bid RFIs: The submission deadline for RFIs is April 8, 2025 at 12:00PM. 

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at 12:00PM on April 18, 2025
