The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Packages 1 is an early release package
associated with the projects that will be scheduled to begin mid-year 2025 (July 2025) as well as
the off-season in late 2025 (November 2025) to be delivered prior to 2026 season (March 2026).
Gilbane Building Company, along with Warren Builds, in its role as Construction Manager, invites
interested Trade Contractors to bid on the bid packages listed below:
- 02A Demolition (Scoreboard Social)
- 05A Structural Steel
- 23A Mechanical Equipment (Upper Press Level)
- 27A LED Boards/Ribbon Boards
- 26A Electrical Equipment
- 27B Audio Visual (Video Control Room)
Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled as follows: March 17, 2025, at 8am

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid
Supplement through Procore Bidding.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8%
African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department
of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are
acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan
Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
Bids are due on March 28, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by March 21, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm.
