Oriole Park at Camden Yards On Deck Program

It's time to step up to the plate! Join Gilbane and WarrenBuilds on Tuesday, March 4, for round two of the On Deck Program.

The On Deck Program is designed to inform you about procurement opportunities for the Maryland Stadium Authority’s Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovation Project and provide direct access to key stakeholders, mentorship opportunities, and matchmaking services to enhance your competitive edge.

During this session, we will:

• Present information about the upcoming projects
• Provide details on GMP 1 and 2
• Walk you through the prequalification process
• Tour the site

Gilbane and WarrenBuilds are preparing to release several bid packages in the coming weeks for the Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovation Project. Packages 1 and 2 will include projects either scheduled to begin in July or at the start of the off-season in November. All projects will be delivered prior to the 2026 season in March.

The On Deck Program has been developed to inform our subcontracting partners and empower minority-owned businesses (MBEs), women-owned businesses (WBEs), and disadvantaged businesses (DBEs) to participate in the multiple GMPs throughout the project’s lifecycle.
