William Cole

William Cole was appointed as a member of the Maryland Stadium Authority on October 1, 2022. Mr. Cole is a Partner at Margrave Strategies, a Maryland-based economic development consulting firm. Prior to joining Margrave Strategies, he was the President & CEO of the Baltimore Development Corporation for five years and was the Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement at the University of Baltimore for more than a decade. He also served a term in the Maryland House of Delegates and two terms in the Baltimore City Council. Cole has lived in downtown Baltimore for more than 35 years.
