project Summary
The Warehouse at Camden Yards is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Baltimore. Its exposed brick walls, wooden beams and front row ballpark views have attracted discerning tenants who appreciate leasing modern workspace in an architectural gem. In an effort to obtain 100% occupancy and continue to offer workspace that is a win-win for tenants and their clients, the MSA’s Warehouse Improvement Project included public lobby renovations, new elevators, a new canopy on the east side of the building, lighting for exterior signage, façade lighting, signage upgrades, and HVAC upgrades.
