Officials cut ribbon for new 21st Century schools in Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Officials celebrated the opening of new schools in Baltimore with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday morning. The newly-constructed schools, part of the The 21st Century School Construction and Revitalization Program, are located at 2710 E. Hoffman Street in Baltimore.
