The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a highly qualified Construction Management firm to perform $20 million in capital improvement projects at the Baltimore Convention Center.
A current Capital Improvement Priorities List for the facility is attached hereto as Attachment C. This list is not all inclusive and work items may be added or removed throughout the life of this project.
The scope of work includes deferred maintenance items, design review, logistics planning, cost estimating, bidding, management, project scheduling and execution as described in Section 3 of this Request for Proposals.
