The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 6 is associated with the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse Restrooms Renovations, MEP Equipment Replacement and Club Corridor/Suites projects that will be scheduled to begin late spring 2026 and throughout the offseason 2027. Gilbane Building Company, along with Warren Builds, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the bid packages listed below:

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore Bidding.

This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the Procore Bidding Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.                                                                                                     

Bids are due on or about April 10 2026, by no later than 2:00pm via Procore.                                                                                                           **Late bids will NOT be accepted. Please DO NOT e-mail bid proposals.         

 Requests for Information (RFI) are due by April 3, 2026, by no later than 4:00pm.
