Clark Construction Group is assembling a team of project partners for the Capital
Improvement Services at 1 W Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.

· DIV 09 – Gypsum Board Assemblies
· DIV 09 – Tiling
· DIV 09 – Flooring
· DIV 09 – Painting
· DIV 10 – Toilet and Bath Accessories
· DIV 10 – Lockers
· DIV 21 – Sprinkler
· DIV 22 – Plumbing and HVAC
· DIV 26 – Electrical

Prebid Conference and Site Walk: A prebid conference and site walk will be available to those who express their interest.

Prequalification Required: All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.

MBE Participation: This project has a 30% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% Woman-Owned Businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count toward the goal.

Prevailing Wages: This project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.

Bid RFIs: The submission deadline for RFIs is May 30, 2025 at 12:00PM.

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected and are due at 12:00PM on June 16, 2025.
