Invitation to Bid - GMP #1 - Arthur W. Perdue Stadium Improvements

The Arthur W. Perdue Stadium Improvements Project Package 1 is an early release package for the new 9000 SF Batting Arena work at the stadium. This is a new stand alone building that will connect to the end of the existing concourse on the 3rd base side.

Gilbane Building Company and InSite BUILD, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

05A Structural Steel

Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for July 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Please RSVP to Vanessa Ellis at vellis@gilbaneco.com.

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified Trade Contractors via Bid Supplement through SmartBid.

This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 20% overall. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the SmartBid Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.

Requests for Information (RFI) are due on: June 26, 2024, no later than 4:00pm.

Bids are due on: July 9, 2024, no later than 2:00 pm.
