The Hippodrome Foundation, Inc. has engaged the Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”) to administer a comprehensive facility analysis (“Analysis”) of The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Analysis is to include a Property Condition Assessment and corresponding Property Condition Report in accordance with ASTM E 2018 15, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process, and as supplemented in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Through this solicitation, MSA is seeking a highly qualified architectural and engineering firm to perform the Analysis as described in this RFP.
Euna Procurement (“Euna”), formerly known as Bonfire, is the electronic procurement system used by MSA.
