Ocean City Convention Center Expansion & Improvements Construction Prime/Sub Networking Events

The Ocean City Convention Center Expansion and Improvement Project will provide a new 30,000 SF exhibit hall, a 15,000 SF bayfront gathering space for the three exhibit halls, renovated support spaces for staff, a partial HVAC upgrade, and a building wide life safety upgrade. Construction Documents are anticipated to go out to bid in December of 2019, with an anticipated construction start of April 2020. The estimated cost of construction will be $29,000,000.
