Altha Weaver New Headshot 2025

Altha Weaver joined the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) in 2005 and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Fair Practices, where she also fulfills the roles of Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and Minority Business Enterprise/Small Business Reserve Liaison.

A forward-thinking and values-driven leader, Altha is dedicated to strengthening MSA’s culture of fairness, accountability, and opportunity. She focuses on building equitable systems that protect employee rights, expand access for small and minority-owned businesses, and promote organizational practices that reflect the communities MSA serves.

In 2022, Altha became MSA’s first Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging+, laying the groundwork for many of the agency’s current equity and fair practices initiatives. Her work continues to reflect that foundation, emphasizing measurable impact, sustainable change, and inclusive growth across all levels of the organization.

Altha holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She also earned an Organizational Leadership certification from the University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business. She is a 2021 graduate of the Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program (jointly offered by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy and the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights), a Certified Manager through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and an active member of both the Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Before joining MSA, Altha spent seven years as a New Business and Media Coordinator at Integer Dallas, an Omnicom Advertising Agency, where she managed new business proposals and media buying initiatives for national brands.
