Project Description:

This project includes the renovation of the existing Historic Baltimore City College Main Building, existing Annex Building, and a New Addition. The Gsf breakdown is as follows:

Main Building: 302,683 Gsf

Annex Building: 23,568 Gsf

New Addition: 22,979 Gsf

One site visit will be offered prior bids being due. The site visit will be Tuesday, September 15th 10:00am - 12:00pm. Please notify the DAVIS team if you will be attending.

The bid date has been set for Tuesday, September 29th at 2:00pm. Any bids submitted after the 2:00pm deadline will not be accepted.

Scope review meetings will be held immediately following the bid due date. Please plan to be available for a descope meeting via Teams.

The conditions contained in this Invitation to Bid are a part of the bid documents.

Schedule: September 2025 - December 2028

Pricing Due: Tuesday, September 29th @ 2:00pm
