Hagerstown MiLB Ballpark – Market and Site Assessment

In June of 2018, Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) received and approved a request from the Mayor of the City of Hagerstown for the MSA to manage a study related to a proposed new Minor League Baseball ballpark in Hagerstown.

The study will include a preliminary due diligence, market analysis, facility programing and site analysis. The City of Hagerstown has fully funded the total cost of the effort. 

Historic Municipal Stadium in downtown Hagerstown is one of the three oldest stadiums in all of Minor League Baseball. It was built in 1930 in a short time period of six weeks and holds 4,600 people.
