Prince George’s County Amphitheater Project Management Services

In October 2021, the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) Board of Directors approved the request by the County Executive of Prince George’s County for the MSA to act as an Owner’s representative to oversee and manage the design, development, and construction of a proposed amphitheater in Largo, Maryland. Upon receipt of approval, MSA will negotiate a Memorandum of Understanding with the County that, among other things, establishes the rates that the County will reimburse MSA for services provided.

In April 2022, the MSA Board of Directors approved the request by the County Executive of Prince George’s County for MSA’s assistance with respect to the feasibility, design, development, and construction of proposed sports and entertainment facilities in central Prince George’s County along the Blue Line Corridor. The proposed facilities may include an amphitheater.
