MSA is seeking a highly qualified Architect/Engineer firm to provide the Preliminary Design Services outlined in Section 3.1 of this Request for Proposal for a proposed fieldhouse as described in Attachment C to the RFP. The Fieldhouse project is envisioned as a facility that will provide economic impact to the Client. This is envisioned to include multipurpose courts with ancillary amenities to act as a major tournament destination and youth sports capital of the nation.
