Market and Economic Analysis of Wicomico Youth and Civic Center

In September 2010, Wicomico County requested MSA to perform a study on their aging Youth and Civic Center in Salisbury. After review of the request by the legislative budget committees, the MSA board agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding with Wicomico County in December 2010, and tasked Crossroads Consulting to perform the preliminary study. The market analysis evaluates the existing facility, its uses, and whether it is economically feasible to renovate and expand it or build a new one.
