The Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”) and Baltimore City Public Schools (“City Schools”) are issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to select qualified IT and instructional technology design firms to manage and implement the design and installation process of IT networks and systems for individual school projects related to the 21st Century School Buildings Program (“Program”). The Program resulted from legislation, known as the Baltimore City Public Schools Construction and Revitalization Act of 2013 (“Act”), which authorizes the MSA to finance up to $1.1 billion for the renovation and/or replacement of City Schools buildings, and will be implemented and administered through a combination of MSA and City Schools staff. The Program is also supported by City Schools Partners (“CSP”), a program management firm representing both entities that will assist with program and project administration services.
