Project Summary:
The The Maryland Stadium Authority assisted Charles County with the design and construction of a multi-purpose sports stadium in Southern Maryland. The proposed stadium serves as the home of a Class A Minor League team, owned by Peter Kirk of Maryland Baseball, LLC.

The 4,100 seat stadium is built on an approximately forty acre site in Waldorf, Maryland and took about one year to complete, following the beginning of construction in the Summer 2007.  Opening Night was Friday, May 2, 2008.

The stadium consists of skyboxes, a picnic area, a children’s play area, wide concourses, a generous number of restroom facilities, security, first aid stations, ATM’s, a fan information center and concession stands.
